Nice trip. I have been working too much to get out anywhere, but I hope to have some reports soon. Did you run north of I-10 or stay south?

Both. I didn't feel a single bass bump when I went North. I was wishing I had brought a perch-jerk rod and some jigs.
All bass caught South of I-10. And not in my usual places. Yesterday was kind of strange.

We went yesterday and boat about 40 bass. Started with top water and ended with a voodoo shrimp under a popping cork. Kept 20 bass all about 1.5-2 lbs and 3 flounder.

Caught 13 today, didn't keep any. Water was rolling. Little bit of lightning kept me kinda close to the launch.
