Default Time share

what are the pros ans cons of having a time share.
I'm thinking about buying one from a friend of mine next year.
Don't know much about them but the deal seems nice.
We have future plans to take family vacations to florida, and this time share is in Orlando.

Sharing with people. Never once heard a time share talked about in a positive way, unless it was by the guy selling it.

Why is your friend selling? I don't need to know, but the REAL answer to that question would probably make you back out - I doubt you'll get it though 😎
