Default Dinner tonight!

Dr tole me I got da high cholesterol and to eat more fish. So I granted his request. I'm a fillet guy so I made some flounder sammiches. Stuffed wit a home made crab stuffing. And sided wit a glass of cheap white wine. Coonass style.

Garden fresh cucumbers for appetizers.

Chop up some celery yellow onions and bell pepper and sauté dat down wit a stick of butter. Pour a lil white wine in der til it's good and wilted. Den add some whippin cream and bring to a boil den add about a pound of crab meat and stir real good. Then add italian bread crumbs and stir in til u get consistency u want the add chopped green onions and stir. Den put some grated Parmesan on a cuttin board and roll a spoon full of stuffing in dat and put in da flounders. Bake at 375 for 25 min.
