Default Shootout winnin' fish

Anybody care to take a stab at the weight of the $5000 fish? With calm winds predicted, good movin' water and a full moon, I'll say in the lower 7's...7.3 lbs. I'll also geaux out on a limb and say that it won't be caught by "W".

I'd also like to extend a good luck wish to the SaltyCajun Fishin' Team. Hopefully one of them will win it.

5 . 62 lbs + the 8 oz for live weight. Think there's going to be so many boats that the big girls will lay low .

So if I see an air med copter heading in the direction of BL it's safe to assume W caught a 6plus. LOL

I agree with eman......high 5's or low 6's with live bonus wins it. Over the last 5 years or so, very rarely has a 7 lb + won Shoot out. Too much traffic.

Will there be a small flat boat with 2 big umbrellas out there again this year? Lets hear it for the old men.

MY guess is a high 6+ pounder will be caught.
