Default Hot water heater problems

I have a Rheem electric tankless hot water heater that is giving an error code "11". I turn the hot water on and you can feel it start to warm up and then it goes back to cold. Anybody familiar with this brand or maybe know how to fix this sucker? That water bees cold..

Update;

The bathroom sink I tested it in the first time worked again but not the kitchen on the other side of the house. What is going on? I may bathe the family in the hall bath sink..or go to Jordans house later when he gets his hooked up!?

Lol. Not sure what the actual problem was but resetting it must have worked. Thank you, Jesus!
