Salmon Bruchetta patties from HEB grilled over charcoal. Looked great but i won't cook these again. I guess i missed something.

This with some baked beans and one kick azz potatoe salad made by Ace Archer.
In celebration of Independece day we ate good and got out the AR-15 and made fireworks
