Default Places that do long term rent for RV in BL

I am new to this site but not new to fishing Big Lake. But I was looking at finding a place to park a camper with electricity, and water for monthly terms. I live south of Lafayette and sometimes it can be a haul in the morning. Well just like to say this is a really nice forum site. Looking foward to getting to know some people.

Thanks

Big Lake RV Park, Guy is a good friend of mine. Most of his spots get full from construction workers on jobs. I will PM you his number.

Nature trail in hackberry is awesome! Boat launch across the street and grocery store next door. I stayed there almost a year. Awesome owners!

My sister lived in my parents camper at Big Lake campground for a year while she was going to McNeese. She said the construction workers that lived there were all great and kept and eye out for her. She never had a problem.

When I was working in Johnson bayou and living in nature trail my boss decided to go crabbing. He had to go get a few things out of my boat at the campground. He called me and said dude your land lord won't let me leave! I was like WTH is going on! She saw him getting stuff out of my boat and told him you better hope you know Justin and you can get him on the phone real quick or your going to jail! That dude was scared but it was funny!

Island RV park in Hackberry is a great place to leave your camper. It is a full hookup park and has free cable and wifi. Think it's $300 monthly, all included. Or if you are looking for something more permanent, Dugas landing just outside of Hackberry, on Joe's Cove, has lots for lease. $1200 yearly, and you have to fix up lot with electrity, and limited use sewage system for your RV. Water is already there, just run line to your camper. We just set up our camp there this summer and love the neighbors and there are some that live there, so everybody watches out for each other. If you would be interested, let me know and will give you phone number to call to see lots.
