Actually, its not really that bad. All you have to do in the very beginning is accept the fact that the little lady is going to get what she wants! Period! The rest is easy.

They have half the money, and all the %^#&% in the world! So us men just have to deal with it.

And if she has sisters, get ready to hear their input too.

Ah come on guys. My ole lady is great. She has no taste when it comes to picking out stuff so I do most of that. She calls me ----- eye for the straight guy. I laugh at it. But we have picked out almost everything and we haven't even started the slab yet. Now I know there will be times she's not there and I have to make an EXECUTIVE decision. Lol but so far she is good. As for her sister and family, no worries here. The wife brought her sister shooing the other day and everytime she asked what she thought of something she would say," I don't know". So like i say no worries here.

I'm building in walker. Just got my final prints yesterday and right now we are shopping around for a construction loan. Went to a few banks yesterday and was told thanks to the government only a select few are allowed to discuss the construction loan process. And you have to schedule an appointment with that person. We heard that DOW is loaning 85% so we are checking them out first. Where you building?

We just opened our construction loan with first federal bank of derrider. The guys name is Justin holt. I've heared so many references on him it wasn't funny so I had to use him and he did an awesome job. Super easy to deal with. Easy to contact and he gets right back with you if he was busy. Definately recommend him. We just opened loan yesterday. I'm finishing up pulling permits. Should start construction in next couple of weeks or so. We building around around lake Charles area. Where the heck is walker.

HeHe, my son-n-law was cutting his grass this morning, neighbors house for sale, people came to see it & walked over and said we love your house, would you sell it! He told them they had been talking about building another one, showed them the house, and they asked him for a price and it was in their range and want their house. Good profit on the 4 year old house so they will probably sell.

Loan process took maybe three weeks, if that. I've been busy getting bids and stuff so really not sure. I know it seamed fast. Give him a call And tell him I sent you. You will not be disappointed I promise.
