Default Two days of fishing

Big Thanks to Capt Hoop for following up on us.

Thanks to all who helped me make this trip the best trip ever.
I took my three sons fishing and I new the tides was wrong and was making sure I would have a place to fish.

Capt Hoop informed me Empire had no water , so Port sulphur was not going to have water. the advice I had was to Fish Venice and go to Missipppi river. Capt Hoop found me and showed me some places until he found the honey hole. ( if you need a guide he is your man)

we had a couple of fish until Capt Hoop told me where to go.

We caught a mess of fish on that day.
the 2nd day I want ed to show my sons Reds
Capt Hoop said to go in this directions and thanks to the others hellping me said to fish Draining area into the main body.
Well, we limited out on that idea.

We had a such a great time fishing. I will be back in January to show others. we used dead bait ( shrimp) on the bottom using the carolina method. 1 big red was caught on the bobber ( gota love the bobbers )

Anyway, this trip was about sons catching fish of a life time and I think I showed them. We will make it an annual trip.

man the mosquitoes bite.

Things will be changed the next time you get here. Empire/Port Sulphur should be the place to fish. You already know some of those areas. Let me know when you return.

Glad I was able to make your trip here a success.
