Default Blasting and Painting

Does anyone know where I can get an aluminum boat sand blasted and painted? I prefer somewhere in the New Iberia/Lafayette area, but I am willing to go anywhere.

4 D blasting at the port of iberia. they will sand blast it for you but they will probably want to soda blast it instead and it will cost a little more. go with soda blasting. sand blasting aluminum pits the metal and removes a good bit of metal. did you try a good paint stripper? google aircraft paint stripper. then just power wash it off.

Thanks for the info. If I use a paint stripper, can I just sand off the few areas of corrosion by hand?

Be careful sand blasting aluminum. It will warp the aluminun and it leaves to deep of a profile.
