Default 9-29-10 at JB surf

I went down to JB this morning and tossed a top water bait for a half hr. with no luck. Switched to a sand eel and nothing. Waded three sets of rocks and then decided to try and get on the rocks. Bam!!! it was on. I tossed a opening night for the next hr and caught 10 trout and one red. All done by casting off the same rock. I threw back a couple and lost a few also. The bite was over around 9ish. I just wish I would of risked getting cut a lil earlier :smoke: O by the way it was not that clear. Not nearly what I thought it would be. It was also a little nippley without waders, but it got better once the boys got used to it.

I caught 2 baby trout.......I didnt climb the rocks though and knew i should have. I just need to bring my kayak and paddle out.......the birds were crazy about 150 yards outside the rocks.

I have no idea what kind of bait fish it is........i seen them once on the surf side of the jetties......they were very tiny and it didnt look like anything was chasing them.
