Default 10/23/15 Calcasieu River
Made a lil morning trip before the rains to Cal river. Took me about 4 hrs to get em figured out. They wouldnt touch the normal flipping baits. Water was about 2ft high and very clear. about 4ft vis..... Switched to a lighter rod w 10lb floro and started flipping a weightless finesse worm. Its all they wanted. Ended up boating about 15 bass all but one was a keeper. Of course they were all released to be caught again. Best 5 would of been around 9-9.4lbs... Even caught at Sheepshead on a Jig. Had me excited thinking I had a Pig!
