Eggs McCajun Style
I cut the 12 grain bread into large round circles and toasted those. Someone apparently hid the last couple of small slices of leftover Tri Tip from during the week so he could have a damn good breakfast today. I think I know who it is. So I warmed those slices of beef and the onions that accompanied them. Beat a couple of of course fresh eggs and made a square cheese omelete placed between those round slices of toast and well........... It was Gooooood!!!!!!!!!!! |
