Default River Shrimp

Years ago, we used to buy river shrimp at Himel's in Convent.
Anyone still catching river shrimp for other than bait?

caught in little traps if I remember right.

Ate lunch there many a time years ago. Boiled shrimp, Poorboy and frozen mug of beer. Could not handle the "large" beer and work the rest of the afternoon.

This was before "The cabin" was built. They had great Red beans with sausage. Lunch was great when a vendor came to try and sell something.
