Default Trout Tacos!

Here is a recipe that I LOVE! Trout Tacos enjoy fellers!

Very easy recipe
-Make a salsa which consists of Cilantro, 4 tomatoes, 2 Serrano peppers, and a small bag of cherry tomatoes, small amt of onions, and squeeze a lemon over the salsa and mix in to the blended ingredients

Fry your fish to your desire
-I like to use 2 parts beer batter one part lemon pepper regular fish fry
(Your choice here, I add some carribean seasoning to the batter and mix it in. Sprinkle the seasoning till it covers the top of the batter, then mix in)
-Tortillias
-Shredded Lettuce
-Put some of the salsa you made on top of the lettuce
-Add your fish
-And top it off with a Spicy Mango sauce made by Pickapeppa
-Enjoy with beer of your choice

*To make this recipe kid friendly use 1 or 1/2 of a serrano pepper in the salsa, the spicy mango sauce isnt really spicy at all but delicious!!
