got 2.5 lbs of the peppers halved and seeded today before the juice ate thru my latex gloves.
Will do the rest tomorrow ,then smoke and dehydrate. after they are dry i will grind and package. I will mail out some as soon as it gets done.

The last chili I had.......was at work many years ago.

When I walked into the room where it was cooking, my sinuses cleared up.

When I smelled the pot, my forehead started sweating.

Man that chili was hotttttttttttttt. Took 30 minutes to eat 1 small bowl and I suffered the rest of the day for eating that much.

this is not chilli powder ,it's chipotle powder. Real good smokey flavor if it doesn't burn ya taste buds off. it is good in chilli, gravy spaghetti . i use a bit in my rib rub.
