Grilled crabs
Tried them for the first time this weekend.......VERY good! and simple |

Really simple.......we just cleaned the crabs, seasoned them with LeBlanc's and basted them with butter, garlic and white wine westicher (sp) and that was it.
when they looked boiled, we took them off. |

Had them a few times I like them boiled better but it is less mess and quicker to grill them
|

I like them like that, but I had a friend that always talked about bar b que crabs. I went over there for supper and he had a fryer going. He called them bar b que crabs but he deep fried them with a seasoning that they use at Sartons Restaurant in TX. They were excellent but allot of trouble to cook.

A little Jack Miller 's bar b cue sauce while cooking makes um real tastey.

I dust em with a little Tony's and baste em with Southern Spray basting sauce. Ces't Bon!!!!!!!
