Default Pork Time Baby!!!!!

One of our SC brothers and his family along with some other friends are coming for dinner tonight. Gona try to fix my peeps up with some good eats.
Shoulders and hindquarters from a hog my buddy killed out of his garden two weeks ago. He said there were about a dozen in his garden. Not sure if that's a blessing or a curse.lol

Four hours in and I had to flip them very easy. Ready to fall apart. Added carrots after the pic. 20 minutes and the taters go in. 20 after that the shrooms and onion going in. Shut off the air and let it finish on its on. Drink a cold one while you wait

Please post pic of your cooker. Looks like it is made with cinder blocks? Would love to build one at home and camp. Looks like it does a great job.

Here ya go deerfarmer. This is the only pic I have on my phone. Pit is 4' x 6' and the smokehouse is 10 x 10'. I have a 6" pipe connecting the two. It is cinder blocks filled with concrete.

Thanks guys. I enjoy using both of them very much. Side and back walls of the smokehouse are saplings I cut and debarked with a drawing knife. The front is old cedar fence boards.
Ace Archer sure didn't pass on the pork that's for sure. I enjoy cooking for a crowd of friends.
