Man it's been a long time since we've fished Big Lake. Glad to be back. We'll be throwing suspend baits this morning then Lord knows what we'll do later.
If you see two guys in a 22' Pathfinder today stop by and say hi.
Will post results and pics later.
We're here for the whole weekend so we're planning on beating up some water.

This morning was a bust guys.
Found one flock of birds this morning on the S/E end of he lake.
Only boated two keeper trout and saw no other birds working all afternoon.
Total for the morning.
Two specs,one red,one flounder.

Getting some rest and heading back out this evening.

Headed home with only two more fish to speak of this morning
Big schools of gaftop this morning under diving gulls. All we got today was one red and one flounder.
Watched a boat at weir #3 boating a bunch of nice size reds but er couldn't get in there on em.
I know this lake is better than this weekend and can't wait to come back!

Mojo that was us at the weir we ended up with 10 reds one speck at that spot but you had to put your bait in that one spot are you weren't going to catch. We also picked up two flounder along the bank.

that was y'all in the boat tied up on the right?
We were tied up for a little while behind the boat with the two older gentlemen on the left.
If that was indeed y'all you guys looked like you had a hell of a time.

Yep mojo we caught until we ran out of shrimp then we let that boat on the left side get where we were, he was a friend of mine and his dad. They said they didn't catch a single red after we left.
