3 but thats just cause im poor and spent all my money on a high end rod that broke in half (not gonna say what brand) but that is a story for another day

I carry 2 and usuly only fish with one all day, i have had people want to bring 4/5 a person and tell them no. can only dreem of what some of the guides have to go throw!!!!

1 baitcaster with a baby minus or topwater bait.
1 baitcaster with a gold spoon
1 spinning cobo with a double rigged plastic
1 spinning combo with a popping cork and soft plastic

2 if fishing with others to respect space, never more than 2 in another persons boat. By myself, maybe 4.

I bring three,all rigged up different,that way I don't have to worry about wasting precious fishing time changing rigs on one pole.
