The lake Jordan is talking about in on the Fort Polk property just east of Leesville, LA.

I am not at home to give more detailed info. The lake is outside of the "fence" in part of the base so no clearance is needed if you come in from the north side of the property.

Ouch kinda far being in grand lake. I just want to do some babk bassing but was wondering about a good spot

Bucoo, the only drawback to that alligator lake is it is owned by Miami Corp and you need a permit and maximum motor size is 25hp.
