Sabine River trip

Had a few good trips the last few days...caught 6 the other day. Dead engine, had to stay in burnt bridge canal. Got 6.

Yesterday found good movin water w quick depth off the bank and some eddies caused by structure. High line ditch offers this...as well as multiple cuts just south of the interstate on both La and Tx side. Blades, small cranks and jigs did it for me the other day. Caught around 20 w a few goin nearly 3lbs.

Thought I'd give the report...most people are hittin the woods but after getting into bass fishin, can't hardly make myself climb a tree! Heard the Sabine was good...it sure produced for us!
