Default shipping

Most of the places here ship in a thick styrofoam ice chest and on dry ice.
Depends on where the pkg is coming from as to one or two days .but be prepaired to fork over some dollars.

Yeah....from lake charles to hawaii. Sausage here sucks less you like Portuguese sausage or Hillshire Farm! Most of the food here is Asian and that got old quick. Guess I'll contact Fed Ex or UPS tomorrow. DPS ...what carrier do they use?

I shipped some boudin to my friends in North Texas from Lake Charles.
I used a small shipping company called Thomas Ships on Lake St.
They use different carriers depending on how fast you want it to get there and what
price you want to pay.
Most planes won't allow dry ice.

Whatcha talking bout Willis? Venice LA has some of the best fishing in the WORLD! They just got more marlin here. And that ain't guaranteed.....you can troll all day for a week and not catch diddly! I'll take your word and give Chadeauxs a shot but i need my fix first. I'll be getting my smoked sausage and boudin from Market Basket on Nelson.

That's true Ray....forgot about them..THX!
Just curious on how to package the meat and what's best to keep it cool for shipping.

They will package and ship for you. Just gotta get the meat to them frozen.
That's how I did it.

http://www.thebeststopsupermarket.com/MENU.htm

I use The Best Stop in Scott, LA. at the link above.

They ship to me when I can find no one passing that way headed to Pensacola, which is NOT a problem right now.
