Default Smoked stuffed chicken thighs

cooked these last week. tenderized a little then seasoned up and added boudin, jalapeno and cream cheese. Bacon wrapped and rolled in a mix of brown sugar and chili powder. Best poppers I have done in a while. Oh yea Blue Chip notice the cheese wiz in the boudin.

Here are my "Poppers" using some seasoned fresh pork and peppers from the garden. Cooked for about 15 min, then topped with cheese for a couple more minutes to melt.
