So much of what we cook starts like this. The possibilities are endless. What would you do with this beginning? I'll post later with what I did. It's gonna be soooo good.

I had that exact same thing on my plate earlier today. I did a redfish and shrimp gumbo!

Here is what I did with it. Hamburger steaks in brown gravy with mashed taters and green peas. Although redfish/shrimp gumbo sounds dam fine too. You can really take that beginning pic and do anything with it.

Chuck roast, rice and gravy. Need most of the day for that though. Then for lunch tomorrow, I'd have the leftovers open face on toast with some Dijon mustard and a little mayo.

I need to fix supper ASAP!
