Calling any and all Knight Oil/Energy Employees

I have the opportunity to purchase a tract of land in Avoyelles Parish about three miles northwest of Knights Oil's property. The Real Estate agent swears it is great deer and duck hunting. I would rather get a more unbiased opinion. If you are an employee or know someone that is/was could you please share with me the nature of hunting on that property that Knight Oil owns? I know that three miles can make a big difference but I was just trying to get an idea of the hunting in the general area and the agent kept comparing the subject tract to that of Knight's property.
