Default cove report

fished the cove yesterday 9am-3pm. Tons of bait around, i picked up two dinks on pogies, slow.
Wind wasn't bad, water was clean enough to see about 7 inches down.
I don't have a depth finder or sonar, or any points or reefs or holes marked, so just hit the rocks. Still learning the area.

Talked to a fella that said trout are scattered and that made sense to me.

Went this afternoon. Fished hard in the yak and only caught a few small white trout. There were about 4 or 5 boats and a couple of kayaks, but I didn't see anyone of them reeling in anything decent. Conditions were the same as yesterday Ahlangle, with the wind dying down about an hour and a half before sunset. Sure was beautiful with the sun going down into the bay this evening. I figure the specks should start getting more consistent as soon as the next cold front moves through and then wait a few days afterward.
