John Kilgore and crew from North Louisiana were back with me today on the Bluewave. The trout responded today and we put a good mess into the K2. Single, double rigs, and under a cork the fish fell victim to the ever so famous Matrix Shad Lures. I can't say it enough how glad that Chas Champagne and his team has created the #1 soft plastic on the market. If you don't have any on your boat or fishing with them it's your loss. When we thought the trout bite was over we switched to plan B and started soaking shrimp. Low and behold we caught a trout!! The corks and single rigged Matrix came back out and more trout continued to hit the K2!! We added several reds, Bay snapper and pup drum on shrimp also. Another great day in less than favorable conditions. No other place in Louisiana like Terrebonne Parish and Dularge. Come on down and see us! Thanks guys for the continued business.
