Default Lake Mary

Anyone have any experience on this lake? Hunting ,fishing etc..

I recently bought a house on it to go with my hunting land nearby but never fished or hunted the lake.

good area to hunt, and a lot of the clubs in that area are have good restrictions on what they shoot at. as far as the fishing goes, I've never fished there.

Have been hunting & fishing that area all my life. Have had a fishing camp there on Foster lake since '84 & my Grandpaw hunted there since the early 60's.

If you are planning putting in a camp it will need to be elevated or portable. When river gets up it floods so you'll have to pull camp out or have elevated.

Artonish will get hotter than a firecracker when river starts falling out of it! Bass & Sac a Lait. Hogs are really getting bad in that area but has some really good deer. Lake Mary has its up & downs just like anywhere else. But as far as hunting & fishing you're in paradise!
