Default More Cocodrie Trout 6-30-14

Joining me today was Craig Sheley and his son David for a father/son trout adventure. We made 200 shrimp at the Tracy Macie and headed south to emerald green water. Our first stop we found the fish biting just like they were yesterday and put 12 in the box before the bite shut down. Made a move east and found some better moving water and hungry trout. The fish were 50/50 keepers to throwbacks so we kept hammering on them. It was a pretty hot bite so that made it hard to leave. Next thing you know we have 40 in the box and it's almost noon. Went back to spot #1 and the bite was back on again. This time with some solid fish. We put 20 more in the K2 and called it a day. Great times today for the guys first saltwater trip to Louisiana!
