Default What did everyone cook/eat today for Easter?

Just taking a survey of all the good food cooked and eaten today.

Here was my lineup: BBQ Chicken (Pig Stand Sauce, of course), boneless pork backbone, Bush's maple beans, Bush's Jalapeno beans, rice dressing, garlic bread, homemade peach cobler.

Miller Lite to wash it down with!

Btw I met my girlfriends parents for the first time. They are Vietnamese and man they can cook. Had boiled crawfish, steak, salmon, salad and sides. All except crawfish was made with different seasonings that we never use. It was awesome. I hurt myself.

Growing up I had a few vietnamese friends and them folks can burn the pot, pot sitckers, pho, srping rolls, fried rice, but my favorite was an asparagas and crabmeat soup I had a wedding i went to for one of my vietnamese friends.

We had backstrap wrapped in bacon, hamburgers, cheesy dogs, ribs, chicken, chicken wrapped in bacon, boudin and pork loin. My mother in law made a home made red velvet cake from scratch, pork in beans, potatoe salad, garlic bread.
