like i said earlier... the study may have SOME relevance to the oil spill but there are too many other factors that have occurred that they did not take into account. the study will be peer reviewed and debunked in no time. BP will hire scientists wayyy smarter than your buddy to make sure it is. Hell, I'm not even an expert in the subject (although I studied it in college) and I can point out SEVERAL major flaws in the study right off the bat. But, tell your buddy to keep on with his research.. we need people like him

this is my biggest concern as well.. i believe the dispersant will cause more harm to our ecosystem than a bunch of hydrocarbons
