Default Duece rods

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone from Duce? I had a rod break and sent it to them 3 weeks ago with a check and still have not received my new rod. I have tried to call the number on the buisness card and left messages with no return. Does anyone know if it normally takes this long ? Also in no way am i trying to bash them either.
Please help

They don't get in a hurry with anything. Took anthony 3 months and a reminder from me to check his calendar and get back with me. I'm sure you will get your rod back. Be patient.

I'll say it again since asr is slow in the brain, I have nothing to do with the Duce Rods company. I am good friends with Matt and have been best friends with Anthony since 6th grade. I don't take anything personal that any of you guys say about the company, it's none of my business.

Only thing twisted bout a Duce rod is getting customer service; how hard is it to get a rod fixed.... Really if they are building rods they have to have some plan for what to do when a rod breaks so that it's not a black eye on them... As it has turned into.

I won't buy until service is changed for the better and it trickles to the grass roots portion if the market - the smallest customer should receive the same support as the largest, until it trickles to the feedback in a positive way in places like SC I will hold onto my money.

I'm open to field trials sponsored by the company though

From all the posts I've seen on here, yeah it's impossible to get any help. Glad I didn't drink the kool aid.
