Default Makin' Deer Sausage

This is what I did all night. We stuffed 200 lbs deer sausage. We did 190 lbs last weekend. Gonna go in the smoker in the AM. We cooked some wild pork ribs and some sausage patties on the pit and put away a couple cases beer too!

Pictured with me is my friend and barber, Cody Breaux.

Out of the 9 deer I brought back from Texas here is what I ended up putting in the freezer. I gave 1 deer plus 2 hind quarters to a needy family. After that I put up 16 backstraps, 16 tenders, 40 lbs. pure deer ground meat, 30 lbs pork/deer pan sausage and 360 lbs deer/pork smoked sausage. I'd say my freezer is good to go for a while.
