Default Rock and Roll 2-12-16

Today tried Rockefeller with the girlfriend. I'm not sure if it's me or what, but years ago there were more hungry fish in Rockefeller than there are now. It's still a good place to fish, but for me at least, all of the old "hot spots" have cooled way down. Any way, loading the freezer up with Reds and Puppies, and I eat fish at least 2X's/week. The crabbers today said it was so-so, mostly on the med-smallish side. Fished with crawfish again because I have several traps out to catch bait.

Well it's always been the challenge that keeps me going.

Also, on a side note, applying fresh water trout fishing techniques seem to apply to Reds, in many cases (head and tail of pools/ponds etc). Red's love to set up in the current for drifting food.
