Default I Got a Big Lake Question...

I've got Wednesday and Thursday off? I've never fished Louisiana, but its been on my to do list for sometime. What would it take to get a trip over there? How much is an out of state license, ect....?
I'm not looking to come discover someone's secret spot, just come fish something different.
Been down to SPI all last week and had some pretty good luck and want to see if I can keep it going.
I wade predominately, but I'll try new things, like fishing from a boat. Is it easy?Any help y'all can give would be appreciated.

Oh yeah...not looking to come kick *** or vice versa...I'm serious here.

No, did that down in Port Isabel last week and still recooping from it, also trying to save a little $$$ for the rep mount I'm having done from that trip.
I'll be bringing my boat, unless someone needs gas and beer money.

Appreciate the wading advice. I have no trolling motor and my boats set up more for poling, all though not very well, so I just try and get out as much as possible.

"W"s giving me some tips...sure being awful nice, should I be worried?
