Love it when you bring your boat in to be fixed,and you get hit with a huge *** bill and NOTING they "FIXED" works correctly. Their reply "Oh just bring it back in...we won't charge you"!! REALLY DUDE!?!?!? I shouldn't be having this conversation with you in the "FIRST PLACE"!!!! AMAZING!!!!

Yeah total Bill $587 and still fighting the bull****!!! And it's a pain in the *** and high $ to get my boat from Hackberry to Lake Charles and back!! So they can fix what they were supposed to do in the first place. When I asked the service manager to show me what cost $587 he looked me dead in the face and said (like a b@#ch) "Well....we are gonna have to take every thing apart." I said "REALLY?? Man that's mechanics for ya. My guy was trying to charge me $2300 to install new lower unit. I got one from SEI for $845 and he charged me $200 to change it out. When I went pick it up he tells me he called SEI and opened up an account for his business. Said he never heard of them before. You are a mechanic dude, how do u not know that you could get one for $1k less? And the one he was gonna get me only had 1 year warranty and SEI has a 3 year warranty.

if you guys are ever in the area and need work done, he's good with motors, boats in general and wiring also...give this guy a call, real good on prices and he comes to you..i reccomend

We need one of these around here...@ least I would know why the price was a little inflated "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!! Some folks in the service business have no clue what that is because they get comfortable!!!

I've never had a problem with Jerry's but I'm clearly in the minority. Lake Charles Marine's service manager would never call me back. Ask for Melissa at Jerry's.

Sounds like dhp. I have had more problems with my trolling motor after I got it back from them. It's been in their shop at least 6 times for the same bs.
