Default Skeeter ZX20 bayboat

I'm looking to get some info from any of you that have any first hand experience with them. Info I'm looking for is build quality and performance, ex. is it a dry ride? How does it perform in rough water? I see alot of them for sale, which I know is not necessarily a bad thing, just looking for some real world info before I consider adding it to my list of boats i want to sea trial/ look at hard and possibly buy. thanks!

You could find a 21 22 ft boat for what you going to pay for this 20ft boat. I would x it off this list quick. Its just an oversized bass boat to me... check out the 2104 frontier

sent from my Galaxy NOTE II

Not to mention rough ride! Well the zx 20 and 22 are. Basically what they did with these models is took a bass boat bottom with a bay boat cap. My dad had a zx 22 and it was not very impressive cept for the speed. The 22v and 24v model or even the 2250 are much better though. Skeeter makes some awesome bass boats but their bay models are not worth the money IMO. Check out the 2110 nautic star, cheaper than a zx 20 and WAY better ride in rough water.

We have one and have no complaints. Good lil boat. We have a yam150 4stroke on it and it will roll tapped out at 55mph with the right conditions but normally top speed is around 52. I'm not saying their aren't better boats by any means but we happy with it. It gets the job done and works good. Overall I'm happy

Had a 20 & 2250, both are great boats. Dry ride in my opinion.

Love mine. 150yamaha 2 stroke. Top speed low 50's. good dry ride for a 20. I wAnted a single axle trailer which led me to the 20'. I also had to have a back deck so I could my put elderly father, who still loves to fish, up there and he could fish comfortably. Nautic stars also had a nice back deck but I preferred the skeeters. Does it fish like a bass boat? Yes it does and that's my favorite part about the boat Ur welcome to come with me in it if u r around big lake.
