Had two boats today again and Capt Chris Davison fish one of them
We both limited out around 9:45-10am on trout .
All caught on glow lil Jon's 1/8oz jig heads !

Rest of group had to run and shower before heading back home so missed picture !

Nice work W... that's a pile!

Do you find a huge difference in 1/8 oz. vs. 1/4 oz. jig heads when the fish are biting well? I've always used 1/4 oz. but it seems most of you guys on here use 1/8 oz.

Baww we whacked em dub! ... Reggoh it gives a little more suspension in the water when a trout sees the action on a plastic and does matter in the right conditions which the majority of the time in big lake it's the difference between a missed hook set/ poor hook set and letting that dude eat.

I use 1/8oz 90% of time when I'm fishing in the lake and swith to 1/4 on channel
1/4oz is fine during the summer months for sure , most throw 1/4 right now
