My brother gave me this call he had made for me on my wedding day. It looks awesome and sounds as good as it looks. I won't be using it in the field, I'm going to put it in a glass case and put it on display. I plan on passing it down to my kids

I think it was a diamond wood, possibly a type of ironwood. Usually only put the specialty bands on the exotic wood calls.

I'm gonna get me a wood riceland and start chasing specks full time. Coming one season soon it'll be speckgogetter!!!
