Add i think 60-80 for recoils, i had 690 for both.

HP Light split grip with Recoils are about 225 Retail ..just ordered 3 of them this week...

It Prolly won't but the smaller profile 50 just feels better to me....

And the whole purpose of the mg is to go light so why not go lightest?

Check out the shimano scorpion mg's. They are the Japanese version of the chronarch only difference is they have a dial for the breaks. Usually have some on eBay.

Japanese scorpion is an electronic braking system,DC7 is.
I like the XT1000 wich is SVS braking, pretty bad arse reels, I'm ordering one soon

I was talkin about the japanese scorpion 1000 mg which has the 4x4 SVS brake system not digital.

I think the newer scorpion DC7 is the first scorpion to have the DC brakes.
All the scorpions seem pretty bad a$$
