Default lake maurepaus

i'm looking at a camp on lake maurepaus can anyone tell about fishing. i like catching reds more than anything and specs 2nd

Lake Maurepas is pretty fresh. I suppose you could run through and catch some reds on the north side of Pontchartrain but its pretty fresh on the north side of it too. It would be a long run to the bridges for trout from Maurepas.
