Default Pics of first couple trips in the new boat

Caught the Jack this past Sunday right on the edge of V. Bay, and the pic of the fish with the boat in the background is only about 2/3 of the fish. My buddy had taken the rest home with him already.

Thanks. I have a T-top for it also that I just put back on also. I had it modified so that it detaches at the height of the console and the top can be taken off while the base is still bolted to the boat. I can take it off and put it on in less than 5 minutes.

pretty pretty boat. I like that color!

Never caught a jack in V. Bay yet, but the trout has been good.

Default cool!

I hope this weather doesn't mess up the fishing for this weekend, but I'm afraid it might have already. Salinity is down to 4.9 and the water doesn't look too good from the satellite photos. Hopefully it clears up!

I passed through the Pass yesterday afternoon working and the water was greener than this past weekend. Even with the 20 mph S wind yesterday afternoon.

cool deal I hope its pretty this weekend. I plan on bringing my cousin out there who just purchased his first bay boat. A 2004 22ft blazer bay for frikin $3500 fully loaded might i say. I'm jealous. But he's new to pretty much the saltwater world, he's following us out there saturday. Sunday he went with my dad but it was slow cuz of the east wind i think. I even made him a pretty map of the bay at work, lamenated it put coordinates on the hot spots lol

he didn't even have to bargain with the guy! The guy just told him to make an offer. At first he was like I don't want to under bid you cuz i have no clue where to start so he just said 3500 and the guy was like ok sold.

He put a few hundred dollars worth of work into it like redoing the seat covers and stuff and it looks brand new. Motor runs after they changed some filters and what not. His brother is a boat mechanic so that was done all pretty much for free.
