Salinity at Cypremort Point???
Seems to be going in the opposite direction from what I expected. Any thoughts? http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?07387040 |

Strong SE winds pushing salt water in; its not likely to last.

There are two possibilities that I can think of.
The first is that all this water is relocating the salt mines into the bay. The second is that the gauge is broken or getting a false reeding. Editors Note: The first possibility is a joke |

If strong winds were pushing water in there would have also been a rise in gauge height. It hasn't spiked.

I saw it jumped up... It maybe just temporary with strong south winds that blew for a day or so.
