Default Water levels in Henderson

What is the water levels looking like in Henderson for the weekend? Went last weekend, Saturday and Sunday and the water had dropped just over night. Had it dropped a lot more this week?

I'm sure they trying to pull the water out to try to kill the grass. They do it every year and fail miserably, grass is worse than ever.

Any word if fish are biting at the locks? Been years since I fished there...used to wear out the white bass on crankbaits and lil george's

I hope they let about a foot more out to let the flats dry up. This is the first time in many years That they actually let it get to 8 ft. When they did this in the 90s it helped a lot. They will never rid Henderson of the grass but a annual draw down will help to control it. It need to get around 7 ft to dry the flats so let's hope they let it get that low.

They closed the locks and no water is coming out anymore. It actually came up since Tuesday. Once it comes up to the top of the locks it will start to fall again. So no there are no fish to be caught at the locks yet as there is no current. Can't wait though I love to fish that place.
