Default Best Auto Loader

Looking for a 12 Guage that you guy's feel is the best to hunt Ducks/Geese with and not jam or auto load n harsh conditions.

Remington 11-87 is what I am thinking.??

Need your expert opinions and field experiences.

If you looking to spend around $700, get an 11-87 or Versa Max(I've never heard of that one). If you looking to spend $1000, get a Browning Maxus/Winchester SX3. If you looking to spend $1500, get a Benelli SBE II or Super Vinci/Beretta A400. Can't go wrong with any of them. I have hunted with or around all of them and have seen very few malfunctions. All of them will shoot 2 3/4-3 1/2s.

And of course whichever one "feels the best".

Got rid of my 11-87 Supermag because every time I turned around I was replacing $100 parts - trigger assembly, action bar assembly and finally when the breech bolt cracked I got rid of it. Bought a Beretta A300 for $800 and couldn't be happier.

I've had my 11-87 for 19 yrs,for a few years put it thru absolute hell, never had a problem, jam or misfire. Might have gotten lucky but I've been happy with it. Have not shot the Versa max yet,but $1200.00 is a nice chunk of change

Beretta 390 is also a solid gun in this price range.

I have a Browning Maxus (made in Portugal), and this is my fourth season with it. I clean it two or three times a season and have never had one malfunction. Great gun overall.

The best auto-loader is one that fits you and you shoot good with. I shoot a supervinci, xtreama 2, and a sa-08. that being said i can not hit with a super black. It just does not fit me. Nothing wrong with the gun. Get some time behind a couple and see how they feel. I shot a versamax the other day and it was nice. A little slower swing than my vinci much closer to my xtreama. When i guided in md and va i saw ducks and geese killed with them all.

How do you like that SA 08? I've been seriously considering picking up a 20 gauge. Everything I read is a good review
