Really?? I've never herd of someone eating beaver. That's one hell of a mixed bag though!

Exactly what technique do y'all prefer when prepping the beaver for the table, maybe marinate with some Boones Farm Strawberry Hill. That stuff works wonders taming some of the more wild game.
