I have never owned one, but a couple of years ago JD Powers ranked Century very high in quality. Not sure where they are at now but they are owned by Yamaha and that is when there quality improved and so I would imagine they are still fine boats.

Century is a great boat. But the Yammy 350 is a problem motor.

They are having issues. Look it up on consumer reports. Capt. Josh blew a power head in less than 800 hours. Capt. Hunter replaced his with 250's cause of all the problems he was having.

<P>Heard that the Yamaha motor can't handle ethenol,so I will put a gas treatment at every fill.&nbsp; Also was told that the 2000 Champion that I have to sell, is twice the boat than the boat I bought.</P>
