Exclamation Update on Allegations

As some of you know an individual previously on this site had made several claims and very ugly allegations regarding the former owner of this site and of me personally.

This morning the U.S. District Court in Houston granted my request for a restraining order and other relief and dismissed all of his claims as he also did participate in this hearing.

Included in this federal order are the following restrictions:

1) The domain names involving saltycajun owned by this individual must be cancelled along with the respective facebook pages.
2) The individual can no longer operate any business associated with the name saltycajun or our logo.
3) The individual can no longer make defamatory statements about me or my firm.
4) The individual can no longer claim to be in anyway associated with saltycajun.

My lawsuit for liable and defamation which is for damages will continue as I expect to be repaid for the damage to my reputation over the last few weeks and for the pain that this has caused my family.

Most of you have been very supportive and knew enough about me to know there was not one once of truth to these allegations and I appreciate every bit of your support.

To those of you that sat on the fence and or fell in with the other side, I learned alot about who my friends are over the last two weeks. It angered me a great deal to know that some of you actually believed the wild allegations made by this individual. At the end of the day what I told you was going to happen is exactly what happened.

Thanks for your support, hopefully now my family can rest a little easier. This individual may well break the federal court order that was issued but doing so will likely result in this person spending a great deal of time in jail. Based upon his actions, nothing surprises me.

This individual has filed a claim in small claims court which will also be a non issue.

Knew this was gonna be the result. We've been doing our best to put his fb antics to rest. Glad this is all over for you Casey, can't imagine the relief to be done with this hassle and annoyance.

And the SC lives on.

I think I should get a free SC fish towel to dry my eyes since I have been crying for the last 3 days - he blocked me on Facebook! LMAO!

No worries Casey, it will work out. Let me know if you need anything on my end!
