This was in a pack of hooks I bought. Still trying figure what would be the best knot to use.

Same knot as you tie any other time will be fine.

Kinda looks like a 'skip-gap' hook. Gamakatsu makes one similar to that for tube baits. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1344723688.752757.jpg
